Meet New Friends
The Shady Canyon Ladies Club was established in 2004 as families began connecting with fellow members of the new Shady Canyon Golf Club and the residential community. Over 70 ladies attended our first social event hosted by the two founding members. Today, membership continues to grow with over 140 members who are discovering new friendships, sharing knowledge, and learning new skills, all the while having fun participating in the many activities and events. Some of our activities take place in our homes; some involve field trips; some meet monthly and others quarterly. Some are just for ladies. Some include our Shady men!

Learn New Skills
What interests you? Join us as we tour local museums, read and discuss books, share gardening tips, learn easy-weeknight meals, listen to stimulating talks from leaders in their respective fields, and even host group luncheons and dinners together. Explore nature trails and walking activities with other club members. Just choose what works for you. Some ladies just do one activity or some select several. Our club provides a strong sense of community, recreation, culture, education and opportunities to share information and resources. We plan experiences to enjoy together such as spa nights, ladies lunches, game nights and casual Friday cocktails. We want the time you spend with the Shady Canyon Ladies Club to be valuable time spent together, so we encourage every member to participate by volunteering at some point. We need our members to share ideas and talents to keep the club growing.

**The Shady Canyon Ladies' Club is a social and support group for women who are members of the Shady Canyon Golf Club and/or reside in the residential community of Shady Canyon. The Club provides support, a sense of community, recreation, and an opportunity to share information and resources. Every member is encouraged to volunteer, participate, and share her ideas and talents. Activities may include, but are not limited to, lunch or dinner events, book clubs, garden club, meet at the park with our children, cooking lessons, fitness activities, couples events, and so on.
